Temporary Break (Cooling-Off Period)
If you want to clear your head, choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or place any bets. Access will be restored automatically once the break is over.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a serious negative impact on your life, contact us on live chat and request permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, you will need to wait at least 6 months and complete a verification process before it can be reversed.
Protecting Minors
If children use your device, use browser-level parental control software. Never share your account password or login details with anyone — especially minors.
